Scott is a seasoned expert in irrigation, parks, and infrastructure management with nearly 30 years of experience, including 21 years in municipal irrigation.
As the owner of All-Star Irrigation CEUs, he provides TCEQ-approved training and consulting for irrigation professionals. His expertise stems from his tenure with the City of Arlington, where he managed large-scale park operations, asset management, and water conservation efforts across more than 100 sites.
With a deep understanding of irrigation and backflow systems, budgeting, and infrastructure planning, Scott has played a key role in optimizing public spaces and resources. His leadership in park maintenance and water conservation makes him a trusted authority in the field.
